How Dorm Drop Works

When do boxes ship?

Boxes are timed to your student's academic calendar and ship early each month while school is in session. Deliveries pause during breaks, so nothing arrives at an empty campus mailbox.

Do you ship during school breaks?

No. We pause deliveries during school breaks and resume automatically when your student is back on campus.

What's inside a box?

A mix of three to four personal items and three to four premium snacks, chosen for where your student is in the semester. Contents change month to month — that part is the surprise.

What if my student has allergies or dietary needs?
